Bishop Jonathan Pearce

Jonathan Pearce was born September 15, 1928, in Zebulon North Carolina. He departed this life February 26, 2019.

At the early age of 6 he joined the Mount Zion Holiness Church. At 14 years old he become Superintendent of the Sunday School. He left home at the age of 19 and he joined the United States Army. At the age of 26 he became a Deacon of the Church of God in Christ. In 1987 he became an elder of Bishop of Charles Williams, 1990 he was ordained. Then he founded his own church Harvest Time Outreach Church of God in Christ. He went to work with the gift of laying hands, many people were healed and delivered. He broadcast for WBGR which is now WJRO.

He setup seven churches. He loved singing formed his own group and sang with many other gospel groups. After closing his church due to illness he fellowship with 11th Hour Ministries International, Inc. Rev. Dr. Diana Roy-Carter Pastor and founder, 2012-2019.

Jonathan made numerous friends wherever he went and will be sincerely missed. He was a kind, loving hearted and loved everybody.

He leaves to mourn, three daughters, two sons, two step-daughter, two step-sons, a host of grandchildren and great grand, devoted niece, Judy Champion, nephews, friends and a very devoted companion.
